摘要
近年来高职院校学生顶岗实习取得了一定的成就,但同时也存在着诸多问题,如专业不对口、实习岗位单调、实习标准缺失、学校管理缺位、校企合作不深入、实习与学生考试、找工作时间相冲突等。要解决这些问题,应在政府的协调下,做好顶层设计,加强管理。通过制定完善管理制度、构建基于计算机网络的顶岗实习管理平台体系,可以有效地帮助高职院校实施实习管理、信息发布、任务布置等,使顶岗实习做到科学规范,扎实有效,以提高人才培养质量。
In recent years,certain achievements have been accomplished in students' in-post internship in higher vocational college.Meanwhile,some problems remain unsolved,for example,students' majors are incompatible with social demand,monotonous internship positions,lack of internship criteria,college management omission,superficial college-industry cooperation,and time conflicts among internships,examinations,and job hunting. To solve these problems,top-level design should be well achieved and management should be strengthened under the government coordination. To formulate and improve management system and to establish in-post internship management platform system can be beneficial for internship management implementation in high vocational collage,information distribution,and assignment arrangement etc. In this way,in-post internship can be made scientifically normative,sturdy and effective so that it can enhance talent cultivation quality.
