摘要
以牡丹肽为主要原料,通过亲核加成反应键合在水溶性富勒烯上,合成一种水溶性牡丹肽-富勒烯复合物,采用了傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行了表征。对牡丹肽-富勒烯复合物进行了抗氧化、抑制酪氨酸酶活性以及对人成纤维细胞作用研究。结果表明:牡丹肽-富勒烯复合物具有较好的抗氧化活性,可以有效清除2,2-二苯基-1-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基。牡丹肽-富勒烯复合物分别与酪氨酸酶及黑色素细胞作用时,复合物具有较好的抑制酪氨酸酶的作用,也可以较好地抑制黑色素的产生。
A water-soluble Paeonia suffruticosa peptides and fullerene complexes were synthesized by nucleophilic addition reaction of P.suffruticosa peptides to water-soluble fullerene,and its structure was characterized by FT-IR.The effects of P.suffruticosa peptides and fullerene complexes on antioxidation,tyrosinase inhibition and the effect on human fibroblasts were studied.The results showed that the P.suffruticosa peptides and fullerene complexes had better antioxidant activity,and could effectively scavenge DPPH radical.When P.suffruticosa peptides and fullerene complexes were co-cultured with tyrosinase and co-cultured with melanocytes cells respectively,the complexes could inhibit tyrosinase activity and melanin production.
