摘要
深色皮肤可以吸收更多紫外线,保护基因免受损伤,但是表皮内堆积过多的黑色素可导致肤色暗沉,甚至引起色素增加性疾病,明确皮肤美白机制有重要意义。然而皮肤美白机制较为复杂,影响因素较多,过去对皮肤美白机制的研究主要集中在黑素合成及其相关信号通路,目前有报道其他方面的影响因素。本文将综述近年对美白机制的研究进展,从黑素合成过程及相关信号通路、皮肤屏障功能受损、皮肤微循环异常、氧自由基堆积和炎症反应对肤色的影响进行皮肤美白机制探讨。
Darker skin can absorb more uhraviolet ray and protect our genes from UV damage, but the abnormal accumulation of malanin may lead to go black and even causes hyperpigmentation problems. So it is important to un- derstanding the mechanisms of skin whitening. However,the mechanisms of skin whitening is very complicated and there are many factors influencing complexion, the researches on skin whitening mechanism were mainly focused on the melanin synthesis and its related signaling pathways in the past. Now there are sume other influencing factors were reported. In this paper we will review these years' researches on skin whitening and discuss the skin whitening mech- anism from five aspects including the process of melanogenesis and its related signaling pathways, impaired function of skin barrier, abnormal cutaneous vessels, the accumulation of oxygen radical anti the inflammation of skin.
