摘要
食源性疾病是当今世界最广泛的公共卫生问题之一,其对人类健康的危害已受到高度关注。学校食源性疾病的防控重在预防,监测预警是关键,本研究对学校食源性疾病进行了概述,将发达国家监测预警系统与国内进展进行比较,借鉴其宝贵经验。结合我国学校食源性疾病监测预警技术的研究现状,为学校食源性疾病预防控制提供科学依据和实践指南。
Foodborne disease is one of the most widespread public health problems in the world today and its harm to human health has been highly concerned.It is proved that surveillance and early warning are the most crucial for controlling foodborne disease in schools.This paper summarizes foodborne disease in schools and compares the surveillance and early warning systems in developed countries with the domestic progress so as to learn from their valuable experience.We provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for prevention and control of foodborne disease outbreaks in schools based on the current research status of surveillance and early warning systems of foodborne disease in schools in China.
