摘要
根际微生物是土壤-微生物-植物系统中连接土壤-植物的重要枢纽,不仅影响着植物地上部分的生长发育,而且对植物地下部分的代谢活动也有着重要的影响。为了全面了解根际土壤微生物研究现状,客观反映研究趋势,采用CiteSpace软件和文献计量学方法,以Web of Science数据库核心集合和中国知网(CNKI)为数据源,以“Rhizosphere microbes”、“Rhizosphere microorganism”和“根际微生物”为关键词,共检索到3942篇发表于2011~2021年根际微生物的相关文献。通过对国内外关键词共现知识图谱聚类可知,植物和非生物因子对根际微生物的影响以及根际微生物研究方法在近10年根际微生物研究领域中关注度较高。因此,从植物和非生物因子对根际微生物的影响为切入点,阐述了植被类型、植被生长期、根系分泌物和环境因子对根际微生物的影响以及根际微生物对植被的正负反馈作用,总结了微生物培养技术的优缺点,以期为根际微生物的研究提供理论依据。
Rhizosphere microorganism is an important link between soil and plant in soil-microbe-plant system,which not only affects the growth and development of aboveground part of plant,but also has an important influence on the metabolic activities of underground part of plant.In order to comprehensively understand the research status of rhizosphere soil microorganisms and objectively reflect the research trend,CiteSpace software and bibliometrics methods were adopted in this paper.Core collection of Web of Science database and China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)were used as data sources.A total of 3942 references on rhizosphere microbes published between 2011 and 2021 were selected by using key words of“Rhizosphere microbes”or“Rhizosphere microorganism”.Based on the knowledge map clustering of domestic and foreign keywords,it was seen that the influence of plant and abiotic factors on rhizosphere microorganisms and the research methods of rhizosphere microorganisms had attracted more attention in the field of rhizosphere microbiology research in the past decade.Therefore,by using the influence of plant and abiotic factors on the rhizosphere microorganisms as the breakthrough point,this paper expounded the influence of vegetation type,vegetation growth,root secretion and environmental factors on rhizosphere microorganism,and the positive and negative feedback effects of rhizosphere microorganisms on vegetation,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of microbial culture techniques,in order to provide the theoretical basis for the research of rhizosphere microorganisms.
