摘要
在职业教育改革不断深化的背景下,现代学統制模式已经逐步得到重视,许多高职院校都开始运用现代学扶制模式开展教育管理工作,但在探索实践过程中难免会出现一些问题。高职学前教育专业运用现代学茯制模式时,要确立质量核心意识,建立完善的人才培养体系,突出“双元”共赢特征,推进校企合作“双主体”育人,落实三方职责任务,保证学彼制培养计划顺利实施,形成多种运行机制,保障人才培养目标的有效达成。
Under the background of the deepening reform of vocational education,the modem apprenticeship model has gradually been paid attention to.Many higher vocational colleges have begun to use the modem apprenticeship model to carry out education management,but some problems will inevitably arise in the process of exploration and practice.When applying the modem apprenticeship mode,the pre-school education major in higher vocational colleges should establish the core awareness of quality,establish a perfect talent training system,highlight the"dual"win-win characteristics,promote the"dual subject"education of school enterprise cooperation,implement the tripartite responsibilities and tasks,ensure the smooth implementation of the apprenticeship training plan,form a variety of operating mechanisms,and ensure the effective achievement of talent training objectives.
