摘要
现代学徒制作为一种新型职业人才培养模式,能有效缓解我国现阶段校企合作浅层次、表面化问题,成功激发企业和学生的积极性,提升企业顶岗实习质量和职业院校人才培养质量。现阶段我国全面推行现代学徒制仍受众多因素制约,如国家顶层设计不完善、资金支持不足和社会对职业教育认同感低等,仍需不断探索和创新。
The modern apprenticeship as a new type of professional personnel training model, can effectively alleviate the current level of school-enterprise cooperation shallow level and surface problems, successfully stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises and students to enhance the quality of business practice and vocational training personnel quality. At present, China wants to full implementation of the modern apprenticeship system is still subject to a number of factors, such as the imperfect design of the top of the country, lack of financial support and social recognition of vocational education is low, The modern apprenticeship still need to explore and innovation.
