摘要
“培育‘灵性人’”是在教育领域中逐渐发展形成的一种创新型人才培养观念。在高职教育中,引入并贯彻落实“灵性人”培养观念,积极培育“灵性人”,既有“创新时代”发展和高职教育本真价值选择的客观动因,也受满足高职教育自身发展和高职生生命成长的主观需要驱动。为助力高职教育引入并贯彻落实“灵性人”培养观念,推进“灵性人”培育,继而促进高职教育创新人才培养,应打造灵性管理团队引领“观念”的转变、创建灵性校园环境推进“氛围”的营造、开展灵性教学活动带动灵性潜能的发展。
"Cultivating'spiritual people'"is an innovative talent cultivation concept that is gradually developed in the field of education.In higher vocational education,the introduction and implementation of the cultivation concept of"spiritual people",and actively cultivate"spiritual people",which not only have the objective driving factors of the development of the era of innovation and the choice of the true value of higher vocational education,but also the driving factors for meeting the subjective needs of higher vocational education develops itself and higher vocational education students'life growth.In order to help to introduce and implement the cultivation concept of"spiritual people"in higher vocational education,promote the cultivation of"spiritual people",and promote the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational education,it is necessary to build a spiritual management team to lead the transformation of"concepts",and to create a spiritual campus environment to promote the creation of"atmosphere",and to carry out spiritual teaching activities to promote the development of spiritual potential.
