摘要
由于特殊的应用条件,功率密度高、结构紧密、小型化、轻量化成为了对新能源汽车驱动电机一般要求,电机运行的高发热量加之紧凑的结构设计,势必造成电机温升过高,影响电机的运行可靠性。对同一型号电机,采用不同的定子绕组处理方式,进行温升的对比试验。结果表明:电机定子绕组采用端部真空灌封-灌封胶a的方案,可以有效的改善了端部绕组散热条件,提高定子与机壳的导热效率,对降低电机温升效果相对明显。
The high power density,compact structure,miniaturization and lightweight have become the general requirements for the drive motor of new energy vehicle due to its special application condition.Both high calorific value of the running motor and compact structure design will inevitably cause overhigh temperature rise of the motor,which affecting the reliability of the running motor.In this paper,the comparison test of temperature rise are carried out on the same type of motors by adopting different treatment methods of stator windings,the results show that the scheme of end vacuum encapsulation by potting adhesive A can effectively improve heat dissipation condition of the end windings and increase heat conduction efficiency of the stator and the housing.It has a obvious effect to reduce the temperature rise of motor relatively.
