摘要 以自主开发永磁电机轴向平行式水套为研究对象,运用流体仿真技术对冷却水套的流阻进行仿真分析,并开展了电机水套流阻台架试验,仿真值和试验值数据一致。同时,运用数值传热技术对水套进出口冷却液的温升进行了仿真分析,并开展电机额定工况下冷却水套进出水口的温升试验,温升仿真值与试验值的偏差在±1 K以内。电机冷却水套的流阻和温升数据的对标,均证实了仿真数据的准确性和仿真分析方法的可信性。 The water jacket paralled to the axle of self-developed permanent magnet motor is researched in this thesis. And the fluid resistance of water-jacket was analyzed with fluid simulated technology and the test rig is carried out. The simulated values are highly agree with the experimental values. Meanwhile, the temperature rise of water- jacket is simulated with numerical heat-transfer techniques and corresponding test under rated condition of motor is made. The error of temperature rise between simulated and experimental values is less than 3%. The accuracy of simulated data and the credibility of simulation methods are confirmed through benchmarking work of fluid resistance and temperature rise.
