摘要
在实际应用过程中,大功率器件IGBT可能因其产生大量的热量而损坏。所以,我们要进行散热计算,计算出最大的散热器到环境温度的热阻,设计成适用的散热器,把热量传导到外部环境,确保大功率器件安全可靠的工作。
In practical applications,the high-power IGBT devices can not be damaged because of heat. To carry out thermal design,find the maximum allowable thermal resistance for the heat sink to ambient temperature,the article makes a appropriate design of heat sink. The heat is transferred to the external system to ensure the safe and reliable work of high-power devices.
