摘要
芫荽精油是从芫荽茎叶或果实中提取出来的一种气味芳香的挥发油。其化学成分复杂,药理作用广泛,具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗焦虑、消炎镇痛等功效,被广泛用于医药、食品、化妆品等领域。近年来,随着芫荽精油被不断开发应用,芫荽精油的研究范围越来越广。文章主要综述了芫荽精油的提取方法、化学成分、生物活性的研究现状,并对其研究进行展望,以期为芫荽精油产业的发展提供理论参考。
Coriandrum sativum L.essential oil is a kind of fragrant volatile oil extracted from Coriandrum sativum L.leaves or fruits.It has complex chemical components and wide pharmacological effects.It has the effects of anti-bacteria,antioxidation,anti-anxiety,anti-inflammatory and abirritation,which is widely used in medicine,food,cosmetics and other fields.In recent years,with the continuous development and application of Coriandrum sativum L.essential oil,the research scope of Coriandrum sativum L.essential oil is wider and wider.The research status of the extraction methods,chemical components and bioactivities of Coriandrum sativum L.essential oil is reviewed,and the research prospect of Coriandrum sativum L.essential oil is prospected,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of Coriandrum sativum L.essential oil industry.
