摘要
芫荽是一种食用价值高、开发潜能大的香辛蔬菜,含有多种对人体有益成分,具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗炎症、抗糖尿病等功效。本文综述了目前有关芫荽的化学成分和生理活性的研究进展,提出了进一步开发利用芫荽的建议。
Coriander is a kind of spicy vegetable with high value and large potential for the development,and contains a variety of beneficial ingredients. It has antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetic and other effects. This review summarizes the research advances of the chemical compositions and biological activities of coriander,and then gives recommendations for further development and utilization of coriander.
