摘要
试验以无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis Leyss)为材料,以盐湖水、NaCl、NaCl+NaHCO_(3)(摩尔比1:1)为盐胁迫因子,分别设置5个不同的电导率(EC)值浓度(5、10、15、20、25ms/cm),以蒸馏水作为对照,研究其对无芒雀麦种子萌发及苗期生长的影响,以期为无芒雀麦种子耐盐性评价和耐盐性育种提供参考依据。结果表明,乌苏1号(Bromus inermisWusu No.1)与XJBI02的发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长均与EC浓度呈负相关;在EC值分别为20、25ms/cm的NaCl+NaHCO_(3)胁迫下,两种材料均不能发芽,且在EC15时发芽率均小于15%。相同EC值条件下,不同盐溶液对无芒雀麦种子萌发的影响大小为:盐湖水<NaCl<NaCl+NaHCO_(3)。萌发后期,随着EC值的增加,无芒雀麦幼苗的丙二醛含量在不同盐胁迫下呈上升趋势,可溶性蛋白呈下降趋势,脯氨酸呈先上升后下降趋势,盐处理液不同,其变化的幅度和拐点不同。盐湖水对种子萌发及后期生长的伤害程度最小,而NaCl+NaHCO_(3)最大。依托隶属函数法比较,各处理的受盐害程度由小到大依次为:盐湖水&乌苏1号、NaCl&乌苏1号、盐湖水&XJBI02、NaCl&XJBI02、NaCl+NaHCO_(3)&乌苏1号、NaCl+NaHCO_(3)&XJBI02。
With Bromus inermis Leyss as material,salt lake water,NaCl and NaCl+NaHCO_(3)(molar ratio 1:1)as salt stress factors,five different electrical conductivity(EC)concentrations(5,10,15,20,and 25 ms/cm)were set,respectively.Distilled water was used as control to study the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of B.inermis Leyss,in order to provide reference basis for salt tolerance evaluation and salt tolerance breeding of B.inermis.The results showed that the germination potential,germination index,vigor index and bud length of Wusu No.1 and XJBI02 of B.inermis were negatively correlated with EC value.Under the stress of NaCl+NaHCO_(3) with EC values of 20 and 25 ms/cm,respectively,the two materials could not germinate,and the germination rate was less than 15%with EC15.Under the same EC value,the effects of different salt solutions on the seed germination of B.inermis were as follows:salt lake water<NaCl<NaCl+NaHCO_(3).In the late stage of germination,with the increase of EC value,the malondialdehyde of B.inermis seedlings increased,and the soluble protein decreased under different salt stress,the proline increased firstly and then decreased,but the change amplitude and inflection point were different with different salt treatment solutions.Salt lake water had the least damage to seed germination and later growth,while NaCl+NaHCO_(3) had the greater damage.
