“小城镇”推动西部乡村教育振兴的价值逻辑——基于教育生态视角 被引量:6

The Value Logic of“Small Towns”Promoting Education Revitalization in Western Rural Areas——Based on the Perspective of Education Ecology

摘要 推动西部乡村教育振兴是全面实现乡村振兴战略的重要内容。当前,西部乡村教育发展面临全国乡村教育振兴共性问题的同时,还面临着资源困境、主体困境和生态困境等系列问题。基于已有研究认为,在西部地区发展“小城镇”能有效破解城乡二元壁垒,从而推动教育公平、促进乡村教育主体回流、加速乡村教育生态修复、重塑乡村文化自信。因此,“小城镇”将是解决西部乡村教育式微的有力杠杆,更是实现乡村振兴的必经之路。“小城镇”用特有的语言和方式解读和诠释乡村教育振兴战略的内涵,在西部地区发展“小城镇”,应坚持从内生理念出发,开辟可持续发展空间、完善教育体系、挖掘发展资源,提升人文服务、优化发展结构、构建经济实体、创新人才引培用机制。 To promote the revitalization of rural education in the western China is an important part of realizing rural revitalization in an all-round way.At present,the development of rural education in western China is faced with a series of problems,such as resource dilemma,subject dilemma and ecological dilemma,while facing the common problems of national rural education revitalization.Based on the existing research,it is believed that the development of“small towns”in western China can effectively break the urban-rural dual barrier,thus promoting education equity,promoting the return of rural education subjects,accelerating the restoration of rural education ecology,and reshaping rural cultural confidence.Therefore,“small town”will be a powerful lever to solve the decline of education in western rural areas,but also the only way to achieve rural revitalization.“Small town”with unique language and way of interpretation and annotation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country education connotation.“Small town”in the western region development,should proceed from the endogenous concept,open space of sustainable development,improve the education system,mining resources of development,enhance humanistic service,optimize the structure of development,build an economic entity,innovate talents culture with mechanism.
