摘要
随着社会经济发展,社会整体的信息化发展水平与发展需求日益凸显,各企业同样需要顺应信息化的时代发展趋势,在根据自身实际发展状况进行信息化转型的过程中,OA平台的设计与实现逐渐成为具有高性价比的理想选择。因此,企业应当依靠OA平台,切实地发挥OA平台在信息化办公方面的技术性优势,结合自身业务实际情况综合考虑,参考成熟的OA平台设计方案所包含的优质设计思路进行有自身特色OA平台的构建,以便通过模块化的OA平台设计在实际的企业管理工作各个环节中予以应用。为此,应当如何对OA平台进行设计与实现,并在实际的管理工作中予以应用,进而实现自身的信息化转型逐渐成为企业亟待解决的问题。
With the development of society and economy,the development level and development needs of informatization in the society as a whole have become increasingly prominent.Enterprises in all walks of life also need to conform to the development trend of informatization.In the process of informatization transformation of enterprises in all walks of life based on their own actual development conditions,the design and implementation of OA platforms have gradually become an ideal choice with relatively high cost performance.Therefore,enterprises should rely on the OA platform,give full play to the technical advantages of the OA platform in the information office,take into account the actual situation of their own business,and refer to the high-quality design ideas contained in the mature OA platform design scheme to carry out the development of the OA platform with its own characteristics.It is constructed so that it can be applied in all aspects of the actual enterprise management work through the design of the modular OA platform.Therefore,how to design and implement the OA platform specifically,and refer to it in the actual management work,so as to realize its own informatization transformation has gradually become the core proposition that enterprises in all walks of life need to solve.
