综合教学法在中医内科学教学中的实践和研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨综合教学法(LCPT)在中医内科学教学中的作用。方法将120名上海中医药大学2017级中医内科学本科生分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予传统教学法,研究组给予LCPT综合教学法。教学结束后,评价2组学生的理论知识、病例分析、临床操作,采用自拟学生综合能力自评表评价2组学生的综合能力,通过问卷调查对这2种教学法进行评价。结果研究组学生临床操作、病例分析、理论知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学生的自学能力、理解能力、协作能力、人际沟通能力、知识运用能力及解决问题能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。LCPT在增强了病例的分析能力和临床思维、增加了学习的趣味性、提高了学习积极性和参与性、有利于掌握理论知识、有利于掌握实践操作技能、提高了学习效率、希望在其他专业继续应用及总体评价等方面的评分均优于传统教学法(P<0.05)。结论LCPT可以明显提高学生的学习成绩,提高学生的综合能力,且学生对其总体评价较高。 Objective To explore the role of LCPT comprehensive teaching method in teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods 120 undergraduate students from Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine in Grade 2017 were divided into control group and study group.The control group were given conventional teaching method,and the study group were given LCPT comprehensive teaching method.After the teaching,the theoretical knowledge,case analysis and clinical operation of the both groups of students were compared,the comprehensive ability of the both groups was evaluated in the form of self-designed comprehensive ability evaluation form for students,and the both teaching method were evaluated by issuing questionnaires to students.Results The scores of clinical operation,case analysis and theoretical knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-learning ability,understanding ability,cooperation ability,interpersonal communication ability,knowledge application ability and problem solving ability of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).LCPT in enhancing the cases analysis ability and clinical thinking,increasing interest in learning,improving the learning enthusiasm and participation,mastering the theoretical knowledge,grasping the time operating skills,improving the learning efficiency,and hoping to continue in other professional application and overall evaluation scores were superior to the traditional teaching method(P<0.05).Conclusion LCPT can significantly improve students’academic performance,improve students’comprehensive ability,and students’overall evaluation of LCPT is high.
