摘要
PBL模式在医学研究生教学中的探索目前尚属起步阶段,缺乏科学的评价体系,无法对PBL的教学效果进行真实验证,阻碍了PBL模式在医学研究生教学实践中的推广与应用。本研究采用"文献资料分析优选法"与"专家咨询法"进行评价指标的筛选和指标内涵的确定,应用"层次分析法(AHP)"确定评价体系权重,构建了包含三级评价指标的医学研究生PBL模式教学质量评价体系。体系构建过程中选聘专家的积极性、权威程度及专家意见一致性均较高,表明该评价体系具有较高的可靠性。该评价体系可用于科学评价医学研究生PBL课程的教学效果,为进一步完善PBL教学法在我国医学研究生教学中的应用提供依据。
The application of problem -based learning(PBL) in graduate medical education is at the preliminary stage without a scientific evaluation system,which hampers its promotion in China.This paper uses "Document Selection Method" and "Delphi Method" to screen evaluation indicators.The weight of indices are calculated by "Analytical hierarchy process(AHP) ".PBL evaluation system for graduate medical education comprises three-level indices.Since the positivity,authority and consistency of the selected experts are well established,the evaluation system proves to be highly reliable and may provide a basis for further development of PBL in China's medical education.
