摘要
社交媒体为弱势群体提供了现实之外的互动空间,构建出新的社会关系从而推动在线社会支持的新发展论文聚焦微博超话中抑郁症群体的社交媒体实验,运用内容分析与社会网络分析对超话内文本互动与关系网络进行研究,发现以微博为例的社交媒体基于弱关系的在线社会支持实现从深联系到广连接的通路转变,作为弱势群体的抑郁症患者在其中通过情感互动话语构建"共在"的共同体,并藉由主动性的社会资本不断激励弱势群体从他助到自助的"能动的弱者"的转变。
Social media provides vulnerable groups with an interaction space beyond reality, and creates new social relationships to promote the development of online social support. This research focuses on the social media experiment of the depressed groups in Weibo, using content analysis and social network analysis to analyze the interaction and relationship network. The result finds that the online social support based on weak ties of social media can achieve the transition from deep connection to broad connection, in which depressed patients can build a community of "coexistence" through emotional interaction, and then motivate vulnerable groups to self-help from helping others with the social capital.
