摘要
荒漠化防治及其科技创新是实现增汇减碳的重要途径,已经嵌入到我国双碳的行动方案之中,共同构成了生态文明建设布局的零碳图景。从新发展理念的分析思路可以看出库布其沙漠防治经验为双碳目标的达成提供了可供参考的路径,形成了我国治沙实践与“双碳”目标之间价值契合、行动统一与科技赋能的逻辑理路。在创新路径上,库布其沙漠治理为双碳目标提供了动力来源;在协调路径上,库布其沙漠治理为双碳目标提供了长效机制;在绿色路径上,库布其沙漠治理为双碳目标提供了示范经验;在开放和共享路径上,库布其沙漠治理为双碳目标提供了合作图景。
Desertification governance and its scientific and technological innovation are important ways to achieve carbon reduction and sink, and have been embedded in the action plans of China’s carbon peak and carbon neutral, which together constitute the zero-carbon scenario of the ecological civilization construction layout.From the analysis of the new development concept, we can see that the Kubuqi Desert control experience provides a reference path for the achievement of the double carbon goal, forming a logical path of value fit, action unity and technology empowerment between China’s sand control practice and the “double carbon” goal.In the innovation path, the Kubuqi Desert Management provides the power source for the dual carbon goal;in the coordination path, the Kubuqi Desert Management provides the long-term mechanism for the dual carbon goal;in the green path, the Kubuqi Desert Management provides the demonstration experience for the dual carbon goal;in the opening and sharing path, the Kubuqi Desert Management provides the cooperation picture for the dual carbon goal.
