摘要
目的:研究授课式口腔健康宣讲对儿童口腔知识及行为的影响。方法:选取2020年5月~6月本城区内10所小学的二、三年级的1000名学生,实施授课式口腔健康宣讲,对比干预前、后儿童口腔清洁度、牙模型上刷牙演示正确率以及家长、老师、儿童对口腔健康知识掌握程度。结果:干预后儿童良好口腔清洁度(97.90%)高于干预前(82.20%)(P<0.05);牙模型上刷牙演示正确率(94.71%)高于干预前(63.35%)(P<0.05)。干预后家长、老师、儿童的口腔健康知识评分均高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童群体中实施授课式口腔健康宣讲,能有效改善儿童的口腔健康行为,并提高家长、老师、儿童对口腔健康知识掌握程度。
Objective:To study the influence of oral health teaching on children’s oral knowledge and behavior.Methods:The 1000 students of grade 2 to 3 in 10 elementary schools in the city zone were selected.After the implementation of a taught about oral health,the oral cleanliness of the children,the demonstration accuracy of brushing teeth on tooth model,and mastery of oral health knowledge by parents,teachers and children were compared.Results:The good oral cleanliness of children after intervention(97.90%)was higher than that before intervention(82.20%)(P<0.05).Demonstration accuracy of brushing teeth on tooth model(94.71%)was higher than that before intervention(63.35%)(P<0.05).The oral health knowledge scores of parents,teachers and children after intervention were higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teaching oral health education in children group can effectively improve children’s oral health behavior,and improve the oral health knowledge of parents,teachers and children.
