肝全项临床生物化学检测虚拟仿真实验设计及教学实践 被引量:2

Design and teaching of virtual simulation experiment for Biochemical laboratory tests of liver functions

摘要 为加快推进临床生物化学实验教学课程创新改革,丰富新冠肺炎疫情期间线上教学内容,培养学生对肝脏整体功能的了解,提高学生对检测报告的解读能力,2021年起我们建立了临床生物化学检测及疾病诊断虚拟仿真系统,并开设了肝全项生物化学检测虚拟仿真实验。本虚拟仿真实验设计了诸多场景,以问题为导向结合案例分析,逐步引导学生完成正确操作和结果解读,并将多个考核知识点融入操作细节中。该实验解决了传统肝脏生物化学分析实验检测指标少、血液样本存在传染风险、全自动生化分析仪价格昂贵、后期维护成本高、临床样本难以获得等诸多问题,提高了学生的积极性,增强了学生理论联系实际的能力,提高了实验教学质量。 The purpose of this work is to accelerate the innovation and reform of Clinical Biochemistry experimental teaching course and to enrich online teaching content during the COVID-19 epidemic.At the same time,we also want to cultivate students′understanding of the overall function of the liver and improve their ability to interpret test reports.We have established a virtual simulation system for clinical biochemical detection and disease diagnosis since the year 2021,and set up a virtual simulation experiment for liver biochemical detection.In this virtual simulation experiment,we designed many scenarios which are problemoriented combined with case studies.In this process,we gradually guide students to complete the correct operation and result interpretation,and integrate multiple assessment knowledge points into the operation details.In this way,this experiment solves many problems in traditional liver biochemical analysis experiments,including the lack of detection indicators,the risk of infection in blood samples,the high price of automatic biochemical analyzers,the high maintenance cost in the later period,and the difficulty in obtaining clinical samples.Through this virtual simulation experiment,our teaching activities have improved the enthusiasm of students,enhanced their ability to combine theory with practice,and improved the quality of experimental teaching.
