摘要
为响应疫情防控下“停课不停教,停课不停学”号召,全面深化信息技术与教育教学的深度融合,推进课堂革命,本文从医学免疫学中肿瘤免疫治疗教学热点和难点切入,借助虚拟仿真技术,开展了以“免疫细胞治疗细胞制品质量控制”为例的综合探索性在线实验教学研究,实现从封闭课堂到开放课堂的变革。教学过程中充分发挥在线教学不受时空局限,可承载多种教学资源的特色,融入目标问题导向式、任务驱动式教学方法,从面对面传授转向人对人互动教学;建立过程性评价体系,培养学生自主学习和实践探索能力,实现从预成性知识到建构性知识的转变。
In response to the call of"suspension of classes without suspension of teaching and learning"under the epidemic prevention and control,classroom revolution has been promoted through comprehensively deepening the integration of information technology and education.In view of the teaching hotspot and difficulty of tumor immunotherapy in Medical Immunology,we carried out a research on online comprehensive experimental teaching of Medical Immunology based on virtual simulation technology——a case study of quality control experiment of cell products for immune cell therapy,realizing the reform from closed to the open class.In the teaching process,online teaching is not limited by time and space,and can carry a variety of teaching resources.By integrating goal-oriented and task-driven teaching methods,it turns from face-to-face teaching to person-to-person interactive teaching.A process evaluation system is established to cultivate students'ability of independent learning and practical exploration,which helps to realize the transformation from pre-knowledge to constructive knowledge.
