摘要 概述了国内外高速公路服务区建设的相关规定,通过对我国现有高速公路服务区进行调研与分析,指出了现有服务区在面积、功能等方面存在的不足,并从用地规模确定、服务区分类和选址、平面功能布置、低碳绿色、智慧共享以及人文表达等方面提出了有针对性的解决方案。以京雄高速北京段市界服务区为例,在积极响应“十四五”规划要求基础上进行设计,不仅实现了服务区的低碳绿色、智慧共享、便捷化和数字化,提升了灾害应急能力,而且较好地验证了该设计理论具有可行性。 A brief overview of relevant regulations on construction of expressway service areas are given domestically and abroad. According to the investigation and analysis of the existing expressway service areas in China, the insufficiencies of the areas and functions are summarized. A targeted solution is proposed in terms of the land scale, service area classification, site selection, plane layout of function, low-carbon &green, intelligence sharing and cultural expression. Taking the design of the urban boundary service area in Beijing Section of Beijing-Xiong’an Expressway as an example, based on the requirements of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, the low-carbon& green, intelligence sharing, convenience and digitalization of the service area are realized, and the disaster response capability is improved.Moreover, the design theory has been verified to be feasible in practice.
