摘要
概述了国内高速公路服务区提质升级与建设的相关规定,通过调研与分析服务区提质升级与建设的总体现状,指出服务区存在硬件设施不完善、服务质量待提高、发展模式有待创新、品牌文化缺少特色、管理架构不协调等问题。随后通过流量预测分析服务区需求,确定高速公路服务区的用地面积、建筑面积,再提出基础设施提升工程、产业融合创新发展、运营管理制度建设、服务模式优化拓展等提质升级与建设方案。并以江西省高速公路服务区为例,总结服务区提质升级与建设成果。
This paper summarizes the relevant regulations of the quality upgrading and construction of the domestic highway service area.Through the investigation and analysis of the overall situation of the quality upgrading and construction of the highway service area,it is pointed out that there are some problems in the highway service area,such as imperfect hardware facilities,improved service quality,innovative development mode,lack of characteristics of brand culture,and uncoordinated management structure.By means of traffic demand forecast analysis service,then determine the highway service area of the land area and construction area,the proposed infrastructure improvement projects,industrial integration innovation and development,operating management system construction,service pattern optimization development and upgrading of quality construction plan.As a case study of Jiangxi province highway service area,the results of quality upgrading and construction of service area are summarized.
