摘要
肺癌易发生转移是肺癌死亡率在各种恶性肿瘤中居首位的主要原因。因此 ,阻抑肺癌发生转移是治疗肺癌的关键。近年来 ,国内外学者通过实验研究和临床观察发现 ,中医药能够阻抑肺癌发生转移 ,其作用机制主要是中医药通过提高宿主免疫系统功能、降低血液粘度、影响肿瘤细胞周期以及诱导肿瘤细胞发生凋亡等方式来抑制肺癌细胞生长 ,阻断肺癌发生转移。虽然目前这方面的研究仍存在一些不足 ,但中医药以其确切的疗效和毒副作用小等优势 ,必将在阻抑肺癌发生转移方面发挥重要的作用。
The mortality of lung cancer is the leading mortality in all kinds of malignant tumour, whose major reasons is that the lung cancer easily occurs metastasis. Thus, the key of treating lung cancer is to prevent the metastasis of lung cancer. In recent years,the scholars of internal and external had found out TCM preventing the metastasis of lung cancer through experience researchs and clinical observations. Its mechanism of acting mainly is: TCM inhibites the cell growth of lung cancer ,prevents the metastasis of lung cancer by enhancing the immune systematic function of hunman body、lowering the blood viscosity、influncing tumor cell cycle as well as inducing cell death etc. Though some inadequates still exist in these researchs at present time, TCM will act an importance role in treating the metastasis of lung cancer in finally, relying on its sure theraputic effectiveness and fewer toxic and side effect.
