摘要
目的:评价参麦注射液对胃肠道肿瘤患者围手术期细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:60例胃肠道肿瘤患者随机分成参麦组和对照组,每组各30例。参麦组于术前1 d至术后第7天,每天静滴参麦注射液50 mL+5%葡萄糖300 mL;对照组于术前1 d至术后第7天,每天单纯静滴5%葡萄糖300 mL。全部病例于术前1 d、术后第2天、第7天分别抽取外周静脉血,检测T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞CD56+的数目。结果:术后第2天,两组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞CD56+与术前相比均显著下降(P<0.05),但下降的幅度不同,参麦组下降的幅度大,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);术后第7天,两组各项指标恢复至术前水平,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组CD8+变化不明显。结论:中药参麦注射液可以改善因麻醉和手术造成的机体免疫功能抑制状态,促进患者免疫功能的恢复。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection on T-ymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells in the perioperative patients with gastroenterological tumors. Methods： Sixty patients with gastroenterological tumors were randomly divided into two groups with 30 in each group. The patients in Shenmai group received 50 mL Shenmai injection diluted with 300 mL 5% glucose at 1 day before operation until 7 day after operation, and those in control group did only 300 mL 5% glucose. Peripheral venous blood samples were taken before operation,on the second day and the seventh day after operation for determination of CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋, CD8^＋ ,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and CD56^＋. Results： The CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ ,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and CD56^＋ were decreased in both groups（P〈0.05）on the second postoperation day, but there was significant difference of extent of decreases between the two groups at the indicated time point. On the seventh postoperation day, the CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ ,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and CD56^＋ were returned to preoperational levels in both groups. There was no significant change at CD8^＋ all the time. Conclusion：Shenmai injection could improve the inhibitory effects because of anesthesia and operation, and promote to recover the immunologic function for patients received gastroenterological tumors.
