摘要
目的探讨六神丸对肿瘤血管形成抑制作用。方法通过建立动物肿瘤模型,运用六神丸实验治疗,检测其抑瘤率和肿瘤内血管密度,以及瘤体VEGF表达的改变。结果六神丸具有明显的抑制S180肉瘤生长作用。实验组的S180瘤体内微血管密度均明显低于对照组,免疫组化显示六神丸大、中剂量组均可下调S180瘤体内VEGF的表达。结论六神丸对肿瘤血管形成均有明显抑制作用,降低VEGF的表达可能是其抑制肿瘤血管形成的主要机制之一。
Objective To study the mechanism of Liushen pill in inhibiting the angiogenesis of tumor. Methords The tumor inifibitory rate and the vascular density were tested in animal tumor model by experimental treatment.Tile expression of VEGF were measured by immuno-histochemistry. Results Liushen pill ires inhibitory effect on S180 sarcoma which was lower titan the control group,Tile expression of VEGF were down regulated when the lower and high were used. Conclusion Liushen pill has inhibitory effects on angiogenesis of tumor. Reducing the expression of VEGF are the important mechanisms of Liushen pill in inhibiting the angiogenesis of tumor.
