摘要
为让服务区的功能设施配置和布局型式更加合理,以提高服务区的使用效率,调研了国内多省的高速公路服务区,划分了高速公路服务区的类型,分析了各类服务区配置的功能设施,总结了服务区的布局型式及优缺点,并统计分析出了我国常用的布局形式。调研分析结果发现:1)服务区根据区域定位和功能配置可分为中心服务区、普通服务区和停车区,中心服务区可配置拓展功能设施,并根据服务业态和功能属性,对服务区拓展功能设施从旅游休闲、人文体验和商贸物流3方面进行归纳分类;2)我国高速公路服务区93.05%采用分离式布局,79.49%采用外向型布局,78.12%加油站布设在出口处。
In order to make the configuration and layout of functional facilities more reasonable and improve the efficiency of service areas,this paper investigates the service areas of motorways in many provinces in China,divides the types of service areas,analyzes the functional facilities that should be configured in each service area,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various service area layouts,and analyzes the common layout patterns.The result show that:1)the service area according to the regional location and function configuration can be divided into the central service,general service area and park area,central service can be configured to expand function facilities,and according to the service forms and the functional properties,the expanded functional facilities in the service area are classified from three aspects:tourism,leisure,cultural experience and trade and logistics;2)93.05%of the service areas of motorways in China adopt a separate layout,79.49%adopt an export-oriented layout,and 78.12%of the gas stations are located at the exit.
