摘要
长距离、跨流域调水是重新分配水资源、缓解缺水地区水量需求的重要水利工程。针对长距离跨海管道供水工程,论证了常规水锤防护措施的适用性;基于特征线法建立跨海输水管道全线水锤计算模型,进行数值模拟研究,提出合理的防护措施,并结合实际供水工程加以验证。结果表明,管线长、扬程高、起伏大都是影响水力过渡过程的主要因素;常规的单一水锤防护措施,如空气阀、常规调压塔不能有效进行水锤防护。因此,考虑联合措施进行防护。实际工程应用表明增大泵组转动惯量并设置空气罐和单向补水塔时,防护效果最佳。
Long-distance, cross-basin water transfers project can reallocate water resources and alleviate water demand in water-scarce areas. This paper demonstrates the applicability of the routine water hammer protection measures. Based on the method of characteristics, a numerical simulation study is conducted, and the reasonable protective measures are proposed, which are verified by the actual water supply project. The results show that the length of the pipeline, high lift, and most of the fluctuations are the main factors affecting the hydraulic transition process;Conventional single water hammer protective measures, such as air valves, routine pressure towers cannot play a good water hammer protection. Therefore, joint measures are recommended for water hammer protection. The analysis of actual project shows that combination of increasing the pump group rotating inertia and setting the air tank and the one-way water tower, have the best protection effect.
