Construction technique of cross-sea water pipeline for water supply project on island

摘要 汕头市南澳岛供水工程中跨海沉管是国内首次应用钢丝网骨架塑料复合管(SRTP)铺设过海,也是国内首次采用铺管船双管并行同时铺设施工中同类管管径最大、单节管长最长的跨海沉管。结合工程实践,介绍了海岛供水工程中跨海输水管道工程技术的应用,总结了在复杂海况与恶劣气象条件下的海上施工经验。 For Nanao Island Water Supply Project in Shantou City,steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe(SRTP)was adopted for the first time in China to construct the cross-sea sinking pipeline.It was also the first time in China that two parallel cross sea sinking pipelines with the largest diameter and the longest single pipe section were laid simultaneously by pipe-laying ship.Combined with construction practice,an introduction was made on the application of cross sea water pipeline construction technique for island water supply project;offshore construction experience under complex sea conditions and adverse weather conditions were also summarized.
