摘要
高扬程取水泵站容易发生多处水柱分离和严重的断流弥合水锤危害.结合工程实例,探讨了在事故停泵水锤过程中,注气阀、单向注水装置等水锤防护措施的作用机理,且按水锤基本理论选用了布置方法,建立了单向注水装置边界条件数学模型,并对泵站各种工况下的停泵水锤进行了计算和对比分析.结果表明,对于高扬程取水泵站,合理布置和设计注水装置可以有效地控制水柱分离和断流弥合水锤.
Water hammer occurs due to cavities collapsing with water column separation at multi-points in high lift intake pump station.Principles of water hammer protection on injection water device and suction valve are investigated with an example,and also the method of selection and arrangement .Furthermore,calculation and analysis of water hammer due to power failure in different conditions are made,based on boundary condition mathematical models of suction valve and injection water device.By calculating and analyzing,the results show that injection water device arranged and designed reasonably can effectively prevent water column separation and reduce water hammer pressure.
