摘要
基于安徽物流业相关数据,从经济实力、社会发展、基础设施、产业规模、创新潜力5个层面构建指标体系,采用TOPSIS熵值法对各地市物流业高质量发展水平进行评价,并运用聚类分析法将16地市划分为5类,归纳特征。最后,针对安徽物流业面临的与地方经济发展不协调、区域协同发展能力不足、基础设施建设较滞后、创新能力较弱等问题,提出促进物流业与地区经济互动协同发展、对标长三角物流发达省市实施赶超策略、补齐基础设施短板、培育物流业新技术新业态新模式等加快安徽物流业高质量发展建议。
This study constructs an index system from five aspects of economic strength,social development,infrastructure,industrial scale and innovation potential.By using the relevant data of logistics industry in Anhui province,the TOPSIS entropy method and cluster analysis are used to evaluate the logistics competitive of sixteen cities of Anhui province,which are divided into five categories,and the characteristics are summerized.The logistics industry in Anhui province is facing problems such as uncoordinated with local economic development,insufficient regional coordinated development ability,backward infrastructure construction level and weak innovation ability of the logistics industry.Some suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality development of logistics industry in Anhui province,such as promoting the coordinated development of logistics industry and regional economy,actively implementing the strategy of catching up with the advanced provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta,making up the short board of infrastructure,and fostering the new technology,new business form and new mode of logistics industry.
