摘要
以FBCDZNo22/250×2型对旋轴流式矿用通风机的远程监控系统为研究对象,在对此型号通风机整体结构及存在问题进行简要介绍的基础上,对远程监控系统的整体方案进行了详细设计。对监控系统中使用的PLC控制器以及专业传感器型号进行了详细介绍,对其主要工作流程进行了分析。将设计的监控系统部署到工程实践中,经现场测试发现运行良好,性能稳定,通风机设备的运行故障率降低了20%以上,为企业创造了很好的安全效益和经济效益。
The remote monitoring system of FBCDZNo22/250×2 counter-rotating axial flow mining fan is the object of study. On the basis of a brief introduction of the overall structure and problems of this type of fan, the overall scheme of the remote monitoring system is designed in detail. The PLC controller and professional sensor models used in the monitoring system are introduced in detail, and the main workflow is analyzed. The designed monitoring system was deployed into engineering practice and was found to be running well and stable after field testing, and the operating failure rate of the ventilator equipment was reduced by more than 20%, creating good safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
