摘要
针对汉钢公司炼铁厂2#高炉炉役后期冷却壁漏水且炉缸侧壁温度异常升高的情况,对高炉进行了休风大修。通过开炉前制定详细的开炉方案,采用枕木中心堆包开炉方式,引进天然气新型烘炉工艺,开炉较为顺利,快速达产至日产量6769.99 t,利用系数达2.97 t/(m^(3)·d)。
In view of the leakage of cooling wall and abnormal temperature rise of hearth sidewall of No.2 blast furnace in iron making plant of Hansteel Company,the blast furnace was repaired by damping down rebuilding.By making a detailed blowing on plan,adopting the central pile packing opening mode of sleepers and introducing the new drying process of natural gas,the opening of the furnace is relatively smooth,the daily production rapidly reaches to 6769.99 tons and the utilization factor is 2.97 t/(m^(3)·d).
