摘要
介绍了河钢唐钢2#高炉“炉缸不放残铁”的开炉达产过程,阐述了其中技术难点。针对因不放残铁开炉后易铁口凝死、炉缸冻结的问题,通过有针对性地在清理炉缸残料、烘炉、开炉料装入、炉前出铁准备、送风风口布置等几方面做周密部署,渣铁的排出条件得到了极大改善,使得渣铁可顺利排出,且流动性良好,实现了高炉安全快速开炉,并短期内迅速达产。
This paper introduces the process of"no residual iron on hearth"of 2#blast furnace of HBIS Tangsteel and expounds the technical difficulties.In view of the problem that the tapping and hearth is easy to be frozen when the residual iron is not put into the furnace,through the targeted arrangement of clearing the hearth remnant,baking,charging of opening materials,preparation for taping,arrangement of air supply outlet,etc,The discharge condition of slag iron has been greatly improved,which makes the slag iron discharged smoothly with good fluidity.The blast furnace can be opened safely and quickly,and the production can be reached quickly in a short time.
