摘要
目的:运用交叉滞后研究设计,探讨青少年的体育锻炼与社会适应能力的因果关系。方法:采用体育活动等级量表、社会适应能力诊断量表对602名初中生青少年(47.84%男生)进行1个学年、3个阶段(T1,T2,T3)的纵向追踪调查。结果:初中阶段青少年体育锻炼具有显著的性别差异(P<0.001),但社会适应能力的性别差异不显著;青少年体育锻炼与社会适应能力具有跨时间、稳定的正相关性(P<0.01);交叉滞后分析显示,青少年的T1体育锻炼能够正向预测T2社会适应能力(β=0.133,P<0.001),T2体育锻炼能够正向预测T3社会适应能力(β=0.159,P<0.001),而T1社会适应能力对T2体育锻炼的预测不显著(P>0.05),T2社会适应能力对T3体育锻炼的预测也不显著(P>0.05)。结论:对于初中阶段青少年,在体育锻炼方面,男生比女生更为积极、频繁、持久;青少年的体育锻炼是其社会适应能力的原因变量,即敦促和鼓励青少年积极从事体育锻炼活动可有效提升其社交、处事等社会适应能力。
Objective:To explore the causal relationship between physical exercise and adolescents’social adaptability by using the cross-lagged research design.Methods:Using the physical activity rating scale and the social adaptability scale to make the whole academic year,threestage(Test-1=T1,Test-2=T2,Test-3=T3)follow-up investigation on 602 junior high school students as subjects(47.84%boys).Results:For junior high school adolescents,the gender difference in physical exercise was significant(P<0.001).However,there was no significant gender difference in social adaptability.There was a trans-temporal-stable significant positive correlation between adolescents’physical exercise and social adaptability(P<0.01).The cross-lagged analysis revealed that adolescents’T1 physical exercise could positively predict T2 social adaptability(β=0.133,P<0.001),and their T2 physical exercise could positively predict T3 social adaptability(β=0.159,P<0.001).However,the predictions of adolescents’T1 social adaptability to T2 physical exercise and their T2 social adaptability to T3 physical exercise were not significant.Conclusions:For junior high school adolescents,in terms of physical exercise,boys are more active,frequent and persistence than girls.The physical exercise is the cause variable of social adaptability for adolescents,namely that urging and encouraging adolescents to actively engage in physical exercise activities could effectively enhance their social adaptation capabilities such as the social communication ability and the ability to handle affairs.
