摘要
目的探讨地夸磷索钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗糖尿病相关干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2021年3月本院收治的120例糖尿病相关干眼症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组,每组40例。观察组采用地夸磷索钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗,对照1组采用地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗,对照2组采用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗,比较3组临床疗效、干眼症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照1组、对照2组的80.00%、72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义;观察组角膜荧光素染色评分(FL)低于对照1组、对照2组,泪液分泌量多于对照组1组、对照2组,泪膜破裂时间(TBUT)短于对照组1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用地夸磷索钠滴眼液与小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗糖尿病相关干眼症患者均有一定临床疗效,但二者联合治疗的临床疗效更显著,且两种药物的用药安全性均较高,二者联合用药的临床价值更高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of diquafosol sodium eye drops combined with calf blood deproteinized extract ophthalmic gel in the treatment of diabetes-related dry eye.Methods 120 patients with diabetes-related dry eye treated in our hospital from December 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2 according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with diquafosol sodium eye drops combined with calf blood deproteinized extract ophthalmic gel,the control group 1 was treated with diquafosol sodium eye drops,the control group 2 was treated with calf blood deproteinized extract ophthalmic gel,the clinical efficacy,the improvement of dry eye symptoms and signs,and the adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group 1,and 72.50%of the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups.The corneal fluorescein staining score(FL)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 and control group 2,the amount of tear secretion was more than that of the control group 1 and control group 2,and the tear film break-up time(TBUT)was shorter than that of the control group 1 and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetes-related dry eye disease treated with diquafosol sodium eye drops and calf blood deproteinized extract eye gel have clinical efficacy,but the clinical efficacy of the combination of the two drugs is more significant,and the safety of the two drugs is higher,the clinical value of the combination of the two drugs is higher,which is worthy of clinical application.
