摘要
目的:探讨决明散治疗对白内障超声乳化患者术后症状评分、泪膜及的眼表变化影响。方法:2017年5月~2020年8月本院收治的106例白内障患者的临床资料进行整理、分析。根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗)56例、观察组(妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液+石决明散治疗)50例。观察2组治疗疗效,比较治疗后1d、1周、2周、1个月眼部症状评分、泪腺分泌量、泪膜破裂时间及眼表变化。结果:(1)观察组总有效率为94.00%显著高于对照组总有效率73.43%(P<0.05)。(2)随着白内障超声乳化术后时间的延长,2组OSDI评分均逐渐下降(P<0.05);2组SIT先有不同程度的下降,后逐渐升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗1周、2周、1个月后OSDI评分下降幅度大于对照组,SIT长于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)随着白内障超声乳化术后时间的延长,2组BUT增加,观察组治疗1周、2周、1个月后BUT增加幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗1周、2周、1个月后,2组黄斑中心凹厚度均有不同程度的增加(P<0.05);治疗后1周、2周、1个月,观察组黄斑中心凹厚度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:石决明散白应用于内障患者超声乳化术后临床疗效好,安全性高,有利于缓解患者多种不适症状,促进泪液分泌,安全性高,对促进患者术后康复具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the effect of Shijue Ming Powder treatment on postoperative symptom score,tear film and ocular surface change for patients with phacoemulsification.Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients with cataract admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to August 2020 were sorted and analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into a controlled group(Tobramycin Dexamethasone Eye Drops)with 56 cases,an observation group(Tobramycin Dexamethasone Eye Drops+Shijue Ming powder)with 50 cases.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and the ocular symptom scores,secretion volume of lacrimal gland,rupture time of tear film,and ocular surface changes were compared 1 day,1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month after treatment.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 73.43%of the controlled group(P<0.05).(2)With the extension of the time after phacoemulsification of cataract,the OSDI scores of the two groups gradually decreased(P<0.05).The SIT of the two groups decreased to varying degrees first,and then gradually increased(P<0.05).1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month after treatment,decreasing in OSDI score of the observation group was greater than that of the controlled group,and the SIT was longer than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).(3)With the extension of the time after phacoemulsification for cataract,the BUT in the two groups increased.The increasing in BUT in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the controlled group 1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).(4)1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month after treatment,the fovea thickness of the macular center in the two groups increased to varying degrees(P<0.05).One week,two weeks,and one month after treatment,the the fovea thickness of the macular center in the observation group was smaller than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shijue Ming Powder uses in patients with cataract after phacoemulsification has a good clinical effect and hi
