摘要
为了解决大断面岩巷掘进施工过程中破岩、装岩出矸、支护等技术与各工序协调组织不合理问题,以某矿南翼水平皮带大巷施工为例,通过提升掘进工艺,形成人机合理化配套、中深孔光面爆破、快速平行施工的生产线,采用现场实践观测顶板离层数据的研究方法,实现了日均进尺6.25 m佳绩,优化正规循环作业,保证了水平大巷开拓,有利于缓解矿井采掘平衡。
In order to solve the problem of unreasonable coordination and organization of technologies such as rock breaking, rock loading and gangue removal, support and other processes in the excavation construction of large section rock roadway, taking the construction of horizontal belt roadway in the south wing of a mine as an example, by improving the excavation technology, a production line of man-machine rational matching, medium and deep hole smooth blasting and rapid parallel construction is formed. The research method of field practice observation of roof separation data is adopted, and the daily average footage is 6.25 m, so as to optimize the regular circulation operation ensure the development of horizontal roadway, which is conducive to alleviating the mining balance of the mine.
