摘要
为提高干河煤矿三采区辅助运输巷综掘机掘支作业效率,保证支护效果,通过建立巷道空顶区顶板力学模型,对合理的空顶距进行理论分析,结合现场实际情况确定4.8 m的空顶距,并通过FLAC3D软件研究4.8 m空顶距条件下巷道掘进期间和掘进稳定后围岩的稳定性。发现该条件下巷道浅部围岩虽有所破坏,但其破坏深度与围岩承受应力均在控制范围内,可满足巷道安全掘进要求。研究结果现场应用后该巷道从掘进至稳定围岩变形量均控制在有效范围内,即4.8 m空顶区长度合理。
To improve the efficiency of excavation and support of roadheader of the auxiliary transportation roadway in the third mining area of Ganhe Colliery and ensure the support effect,by establishing mechanical model of roadway empty roof area,the paper determines the empty roof distance is 4.8 m based on a theoretical analysis of reasonable empty roof distance,and studies the stability of the surrounding rock during roadheading under the condition of 4.8 m empty roof distance by using FLAC3D software,which can meet the requirements of safe tunneling.
