摘要
切眼巷道的快速掘进对煤矿的生产效率具有一定的影响,尤其是大跨度的巷道掘进。简要阐述了以往大跨度切眼巷道二次成巷掘进工艺的不足之处,并对其进行了优化,结合现场大跨度切眼巷道的实际情况,采用一次成巷工艺,不仅节约了时间,提高了工作效率,还满足了巷道围岩的变形要求,为同行业类似问题的解决提供借鉴。
The rapid excavation of the open-off cut roadway has a certain impact on the production efficiency of the coal mine,especially the long span roadway excavation.This paper briefly expounded the shortcomings of the previous large span open-off cut roadway secondary roadway forming excavation technology,and optimized it.Combined with the actual situation of the long span open-off cut roadway on site,the primary roadway forming excavation technology was adopted,which not only saved time,improved work efficiency,but also met the deformation requirements of roadway surrounding rock,and provided reference for solving similar problems in the same industry.
