摘要
目的探讨差错管理在提高血站采供血服务水平及血液质量中的效果。方法选择莆田市中心血站2019年1月—2020年1月采供血服务的相关护理管理情况,根据差错管理实施前后分组,2019年1—6月为对照组40例,实施常规护理,2019年7月—2020年1月为试验组40例,实施差错管理,比较效果。结果对比两组实施差错管理前后的护理质量评分和血液质量合格率,试验组的护理质量评分、血液质量合格率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(统计值依次为t=7.945,χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。试验组的护理质量评分、血液质量合格率是(94.42±3.26)分和97.50%(39/40),而对照组的护理质量评分、血液质量合格率是(80.45±2.12)分和82.50%(33/40)。试验组差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05)。结论中心血站采供血服务实施差错管理可提高护理质量,提高献血者满意度,减少差错发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of error management in improving blood collection and service level and blood quality in blood station.Methods The relevant nursing management of blood collection and supply service in Putian Central Blood Station from January 2019 to January 2020 was selected,and grouped according to the implementation of error management before and after the implementation of error management.From January to June 2019,40 cases were in the control group,and routine nursing was implemented.From July 2019 to January 2020,there were 40 cases in the experimental group,and error management was implemented to compare the effects.Results The nursing quality core and blood quality pass rate before and after the implementation of error management were compared between the two groups,the score of nursing quality and the qualified rate of blood quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(the statistic value were t=7.945,χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).The nursing quality score and blood quality qualified rate of the experimental group were(94.42±3.26)points and 97.50%(39/40),while those of the control group were(80.45±2.12)points and 82.50%(33/40).The incidence of errors in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of error management in blood collection and supply service in central blood station can improve nursing quality,improve blood donor satisfaction and reduce the error rate.
