摘要
娜塔栎作为北美栎树中的代表树种,具有速生、观赏及材用等多种优良价值于一身,是一种优良的彩色阔叶树种。但由于其资源培育多采用种子实生繁殖,育苗成本较高,制约了产业发展。为构建娜塔栎扦插繁育技术体系,本文研究草炭、椰糠、菇渣、混配基质Ⅰ(草炭∶椰糠∶珍珠岩为4.5∶4.5∶1)和混配基质Ⅱ(草炭∶椰糠∶珍珠岩为7∶2∶1)等5种基质的理化性质,及其对娜塔栎扦插生根的影响。结果表明:5种基质的容重范围在0.22~0.38 g·cm^(-3),总孔隙度在39.67%~74.43%,通气孔隙度范围在11.83%~28.12%,持水孔隙度范围在27.84%~50.1%,pH值在6.21~7.02,EC值范围在0.31~1.05 us·cm^(-1);基质的理化性质对扦插生根力和根系质量均有影响,菇渣、草炭、椰糠,混配基质Ⅰ、混配基质Ⅱ的生根率依次为65.2%、62.7%、58.2%、80.8%、88.5%,一级根数依次为3.4、2.5、4.2、6.2、9.2条。综上,5种基质中混配基质Ⅱ最适合娜塔栎扦插生根,相关根系质量指标比较好。
As a representative tree species of North American oak,Quercus nuttallii is an excellent colorful broad-leaved tree species with many good values,such as rapid growth,ornamental and timber use.However,due to the high cost of economy and time,the development of the industry is restricted due to the high cost of seed propagation.In order to construct the cutting breeding technology system of Q.nuttallii,the physicochemical traits of five substrates including turf,coco coir,mushroom compost,mixed substratesⅠ(by turf,coir,perlite at 4.5:4.5:1 ratio),and mixed substratesⅡ(by turf,coir,perlite at 7:2:1 ratio),and its effects on rooting capacity and quality were studied in this paper.The results showed that the bulk density,total porosity,aeration porosity,porosity of water holding,electrical conductivity and pH value were in the range of 0.22 to 0.38 g per cm3,39.67%to 74.43%,11.83%to 28.12%,27.84%to 50.1%,6.21 to 7.02 ms per cm,0.31 to 1.05 ms per cm,respectively.The rooting ratio in order of turf,coir,mushroom compost,mixed substratesⅠand mixed substratesⅡwere 65.2%,62.7%,58.2%,80.8%,88.5%,the number of grade one rooting were 3.4,2.5,4.2,6.2,9.2.These results indicated that the mixed substratesⅡwas the most suitable for cutting propagation of Q.nuttalliiamongall,the indexes of rootswere the best.
