不同植物生长调节剂对迎春插条生根的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以园林植物迎春花为试验对象,探究了不同浓度的芸苔素、吲哚丁酸、生根粉对迎春插条水培生根的影响。通过不同浓度(50 mg/L、100 mg/L、150 mg/L)的3种生长调节剂,即芸苔素、吲哚丁酸、生根粉(IBA、ABT、BR)分别处理迎春硬枝插穗后进行水培扦插试验,比较各生长指标(总生根数、二级生根数、平均根长、生根力),并进行筛选分析,找到适宜迎春生根的生长调节剂及使用浓度。结果表明三种植物生长调节剂均可以促进迎春花根系的生长,但是促进的方向有差异。IBA处理的枝条主要是是使插条根的数量多,生根率达到100%、生根数量达到140条(IBA 50mg/L)、二级根的数量达到223条(IBA 100mg/L)、生根力指数达到136.8(IBA 50mg/L);而ABT处理的枝条则更多的是促进根伸长,最长根长度达到8.5cm(ABT 50mg/L)。BR处理枝条的根系总效果处于中等水平。可以得出,在迎春枝条水培扦插中,使用浓度为50mg/L的吲哚丁酸溶液浸泡插条30min后进行扦插的生根效果最好。 The effects of brassica,indolebutyric acid and root powder on hydroponic rooting of Winter jasmine cuttings were studied in this paper.Three kinds of growth regulators,namely brassica,indolebutyric acid and root powder(IBA,ABT and BR),were treated with different concentrations(50 mg/L,100 mg/L and 150 mg/L)respectively.The growth indexes(total rooting number,secondary rooting number,average root length and rooting force)were compared,and the optimum growth regulator and its concentration were found.The results showed that all three plant growth regulators could promote the root growth of winter jasmine,but the direction of promotion was different.The shoots treated by IBA mainly increased the number of cuttings,with rooting rate up to 100%,the number of roots up to 140(IBA 50 mg/L),the number of secondary roots up to 223(IBA100 mg/L)and rooting power index up to 136.8(IBA 50 mg/L).However,ABT treatment promoted root elongation,with the longest root length reaching 8.5 cm(ABT 50 mg/L).The total root effect of BR treatment was medium level.It can be concluded that in the hydroponic cuttings of winter jasmine branches,the rooting effect is the best after the cuttings are soaked in indole butyric acid solution with a concentration of 50 mg/L for 30 min.
