摘要
目的探讨良性甲状腺结节者以小剂量左甲状腺素予以治疗的临床价值。方法抽取2018年6月-2020年5月四川宝石花医院收治的76例良性甲状腺结节患者,依据数字表法分成两组,观察组患者均应用小剂量左甲状腺素予以治疗,对照组应用常规剂量左甲状腺素予以治疗,对比两组临床数据,包括患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后的甲状腺功能指标变化、甲状腺功能恢复正常时间、症状消失时间和药物不良反应率等。结果两组治疗前TSH、FT3、FT4水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后2组的TSH均低于治疗前,FT3、FT4均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组治疗后TSH、FT3、FT4水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率97.37%,对照组94.74%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组药物副反应率为5.26%,对照组为23.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);记录两组患者的甲状腺功能恢复正常时间以及症状消失时间观察组均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于良性甲状腺结节患者应用小剂量左甲状腺素可获得满意疗效且安全性更高。
Objective To investigate clinical value of low-dose levothyroxine in treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods The paper chose 76 cases benign thyroid nodules patients treated in Sichuan Baoshihua Hospital from June 2018 to May 2020,and divided them into two groups according to digital table method.Observation group was treated with low-dose levothyroxine and control group with routine dose levothyroxine.Clinical data between two groups were compared,including total effective rate of treatment,changes of thyroid function indexes before and after treatment,time for thyroid function to return to normal,symptom disappearance time and adverse drug reaction rate.Results Levels of TSH,FT3 and FT4 comparison between two groups before treatment showed P>0.05.After treatment,levels of TSH,FT3 and FT4 of two groups were lower than before treatment,(P<0.05),levels of TSH,FT3 and FT4 comparison of two groups after treatment showed P>0.05.Total effective rate was 97.37%in observation group and 94.74%in control group(P>0.05);side effect rate of observation group was 5.26%,and that of control group was 23.68%(P<0.05).Recovery time of thyroid function and disappearance time of symptoms in observation group was shorter than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose levothyroxine can achieve satisfactory curative effect and high safety of patients with benign thyroid nodules.
