摘要
消防工作是维护国家安全和社会稳定的重要工作之一,在日常消防工作开展过程中,需要通过不断的训练来提升消防队员的灭火能力与综合素质。现代经济社会的发展给消防员的救援行动也带来了诸多挑战,消防员面对的现场救援情况复杂多变,因此日常的战训工作需要结合当前灭火救援工作的需求。基于现在消防队伍战训工作现有的问题进行简单分析,并提出解决策略,仅供参考。
Fire and Rescue is one of the tasks that ensure national security and social stability.Therefore,firefighters'professional and comprehensive quality need improving during daily work.The development of modem economy and society has also brought challenges to firefighters'rescue operations.Firefighters face complex on-site rescue situations.Therefore,daily war training needs to be combined with the current needs of fire fighting and rescue work.This paper analyzes the problems of current fire training,and puts forward corresponding strategies.
