摘要
双块式无砟轨道是我国主要的轨道结构形式之一,随着信息化、智能化技术不断发展,对双块式无砟轨道的智能建造提出了更高要求。本文针对黄冈至黄梅高速铁路双块式无砟轨道工程建造,从数字化设计、一体化施工、信息化管控三方面进行研究,总结形成黄黄铁路无砟轨道数字化设计成果,打通了与施工装备的数字化接口,实现了利用设计数据驱动施工装备进行一体化作业模式。同时基于B/S架构构建信息化管控平台,实现关键工序质量进度管控;通过预警预报方式防止误差累积和传递,以实现精细化管理。通过本系统应用,提升了黄黄铁路无砟轨道建造质量和效率,为建造我国智能高铁提供了有力的技术支撑。
Bi-block ballastless track is one of the main track structure forms in China.With the continuous development of information and intelligent technology,higher requirements are put forward for the intelligent construction of bi-block ballastless track.Aiming at the construction of bi-block ballastless track project of Huanggang-Huangmei high-speed railway,this paper studies the digital design,integrated construction and information management and control,forms the digital design results of ballastless track of Huanggang-Huangmei high-speed railway,opens up the digital interface with construction equipment,and uses design data to drive construction equipment to realize the integrated operation mode.At the same time,an information management and control platform is built based on B/S architecture to realize the quality progress control of key processes,prevent error accumulation and transmission through early warning and prediction,and realize fine management.Through the application of this system,the construction quality and efficiency of ballastless track of Huang-Huang high-speed railway are improved,and a strong technical support is provided for the construction of intelligent high-speed railway in China.
