摘要
目前相关的客运专线工务养护维修系统主要基于工务设备基本信息的查询及统计,缺乏对工务基础设施深度信息挖掘与诊断,并不能有效指导路局及所管辖各工务生产单位开展日常管理及生产任务;如何对检测数据、维修信息的统一管理及维护以及建立维修知识库需要进一步研究。研究结论:(1)基于SOA的客运专线工务维修辅助平台主要将身份(角色)认证、作业、设备、人员、知识信息管理等不同业务服务集成;(2)该平台可通过监测数据分析判断轨道、路基等高铁基础设施的损伤;(3)可利用该平台完成现场消息的双向推送;(4)平台提出了面向维修知识的设计理念,可辅助工务维修人员生产。
Currently, the associated track maintenance systems are mainly based on the inquiry and statistics of basic information of track equipment, but the lack of information mining and diagnosis of the track basic infrastructure fails to guide effectively the railway bureau and its subdivisions for their daily management and production. Thus, it is necessary to further study how to manage detection and maintenance data and establish the knowledge base of maintenance. Research conclusion: ( 1 ) track maintenance assistant platform for dedicated passenger line mainly integrates different business services such as management of identity certification, operation, equipment, staff and knowledge; (2) the platform can analyze and judge the damages of basic infrastructures of high speed rail such as track and roadbed; (3) the platform can accomplish bi-directional transmission of site information; (4) it proposes maintenance-oriented design concepts to assist track maintenance staff.
