基于电磁式阵列传感器的平纹编织碳纤维复合材料检测方法 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究平纹编织结构碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的结构特点并检测其表面是否存在裂纹缺陷,针对CFRP的各向异性和异质性特点,提出了方块模型和纱线模型;同时基于电磁感应原理,设计了一种无需手动旋转的12线圈电磁式阵列涡流传感器,通过采集CFRP样板上传感器电阻的变化规律来研究其结构特点;在此基础上,采用方块模型模拟表面存在裂纹缺陷的平纹CFRP,利用传感器得到在有缺陷的样板上传感器电阻的变化规律,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:阵列涡流传感器在2种模型上的电阻极坐标图都为蝴蝶形,2种模型都具有一定的有效性,提出的模型和传感器还可以检测平纹CFRP裂纹缺陷,存在裂纹时电阻减小。 In order to study the structural features of CFRP,and check whether there are cracks on the surface,in view of the anisotropy and heterogeneity of plain weave carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP),a block model and a yarn model were proposed.Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,a 12-coil electromagnetic array eddy current sensor without manual rotation was designed to characterize the structural characteristics of the plain weave CFRP.On this basis,the block model was used to simulate the plain weave CFRP with crack defects and the cracks were identified by simulation,and then the experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the polar coordinates of the resistance change of the array eddy current sensor on the two models are butterfly-shaped,and both models have certain validity.The proposed model and sensor can also detect crack defects in plain CFRP.The longer the crack length,the smaller the resistance change.
